Definitions:​​
- Product – The template, UI kit, or design asset you purchase.
- End Product – The final product (website, software, web app, mobile app, etc…) you build using the product.
- End User – The person or team who uses your end product.
- Client – A person or company you deliver the end project to.
- Commercial Use – Using the product or end project to earn revenue.
- Redistribution – Sharing, reselling, or publishing the original product files.
- SaaS – A product offered to users for a subscription or one-time payment.
Single Use License
You can use our product once for your own or a client’s project, where end users cannot be charged. To create multiple end products, you must purchase a separate Single License for each or go for Multi Use License.
- You can use it in your own project or a client project.
- You can customize our product to fit your needs and use it for your personal or client project.
- You can White Label it for your personal or client projects.
- You can list the project you built with our products on your website or portfolio.
- You cannot use it for Multiple projects.
- You cannot create SaaS, paid apps, or subscription-based tools where the end user is charged.
- You cannot share, resell, redistribute, lease, license, or offer the product or its code in its original form to any third party.
Multi Use License
You can use our product multiple times for both your own projects and client projects, where end users cannot be charged.
- You can use our product for unlimited personal and client projects, where end users cannot be charged.
- You can customize our product to fit your needs and use it for your personal or client projects.
- You can White Label it for your personal or client projects.
- You can list the project you build with our products on your website or portfolio.
- You cannot create SaaS, paid apps, or subscription-based tools where the end user is charged.
- You cannot share, resell, redistribute, lease, license, or offer the product or its code in its original form to any third party.
Extended Use License
You can use our product for your own or a client’s project to create a single end product where end users can be charged. To create multiple end products, you must purchase a separate Extended Use License for each or go for Multi Extended Use License.

Single License
This license is for a Single Designer. You can use the Figma UI Kit for unlimited personal or commercial projects, but it is limited to one user only.
- You can use the Figma UI Kit for unlimited personal and client projects with full commercial rights.
- You can access the complete design files with one year of support and updates.
- You can work independently as the only designer using the UI Kit.
- You cannot share the UI Kit with any other designer or teammate.
- You cannot use the file in a team or collaborative setup.
- You cannot resell, redistribute, or list the files on marketplaces.
- You cannot create a UI kit, library, theme, template, design system, or starter kit using the Figma UI Kit and make it available for free or for sale.
Team License
This license allows up to 10 designers to use the UI Kit within the same company or team. Good for teams that collaborate together on multiple projects.
- You can allow up to 10 designers from the same team or company to use the UI Kit together.
- You can use the UI Kit for unlimited commercial and client projects with one year of support and updates.
- You can collaborate as a team using the same design system.
- You cannot add more than 10 designers to the license.
- You cannot share the UI Kit with people or teams outside your organization.
- You cannot resell, redistribute, or list the files on marketplaces.
- You cannot create a UI kit, library, theme, template, design system, or starter kit using the Figma UI Kit and make it available for free or for sale.
Extended License
This license supports up to 20 designers working together across many projects. Great for larger design teams, growing companies, or multi-department teams.
- You can allow up to 20 designers to access and work on the UI Kit across multiple projects.
- You can use the UI Kit for unlimited commercial and client work with one year of updates and support.
- You can use the design system internally for bigger teams and growing companies.
- You cannot exceed 20 designers under this license.
- You cannot use the files across different companies or partner organizations.
- You cannot resell, redistribute, or list the files on marketplaces.
- You cannot create a UI kit, library, theme, template, design system, or starter kit using the Figma UI Kit and make it available for free or for sale.
Enterprise License
This license is for more than 20 designers with shared access across large organizations. Best for enterprises, global teams and companies with multiple product lines.
- You can allow an unlimited number of designers within the same company to use the UI Kit.
- You can collaborate across departments and multiple product lines using a single design system.
- You cannot avoid the higher price since this license is for large-scale usage.
- You cannot use the files across different companies or partner organizations.
- You cannot resell, redistribute, or list the files on marketplaces.
- You cannot create a UI kit, library, theme, template, design system, or starter kit using the Figma UI Kit and make it available for free or for sale.
Freebies License
All our free templates are released under the MIT License, which means you can use them in both personal and commercial projects at no cost. All we ask in return is attribution from your end.
By giving attribution, you’re not only acknowledging our work but you’re also helping more people discover and benefit from our templates and UI kits. So please don’t forget to include a link to CodedThemes whenever you use our products. Your support truly means a lot to us!

What if I don’t want to provide attribution?

License Key & Access
After purchasing a template, your license key will be available in your CodedThemes Account Dashboard. Use it to activate your license. You will receive 12 months of free updates and technical support. After that, you can renew or extend your license in order to get Premium Support and Updates.
